Is WWDB On Shaky Grounds?
I've been reading up on Amway news and it seems like WWDB leaders are on shaky footing. I have read about Greg Duncan filing for bankruptcy. I have read about Brad Wolgamott disappearing on the WWDB website. I am guessing that he is either divorced or in the process. I know these kinds of affairs (no pun intended) normally get ignored or brushed off, but with such prominent leaders being involved, one cannot help but notice it. I also read on another blog that a bunch of WWDB diamonds are selling off their homes, possibly because they can no longer afford them. Some of these folks told the audience that they buy their homes in cash. I guess some of these leaders flat out lied when they spoke about their finances and certainly gave the impression that they lived the lifestyle of a king. I guess the old saying applies and is finally catching up with these diamonds. "What a tangled web we weave, when we practice to deceive". I can't really say I feel sorry for any of them though.

The hypocracy of it all! I recall that at one time Gregg Duncan said, don't tell me what Toby from Tacoma said, tell me what Forbes said? Well, Forbes has since spoken and called Amway a pyramid in an article about a former Amway kingpin, Orrin Woodward.
The World Wide Dream Builders (what a name for Amway's secondary swindle) seem to be rife with hypocrits, liars, and thieves, oh my! They sell their dreams one tape, convention, and phone system at a time. Do the dreams come true? (hardly)

There are many more dreams fulfilled without Amway than with Amway.

You sound like my psycho Quixtar friend.. he was perfectly normal slightly Catholic teacher until three years ago.. then he joined this whacko church that introduced him to Quixtar...and then he got introduced to whacko Texas cultist Mike Murdock Miisteries.. and turned his living room into a God room and his chair into a prayer chair and yelled at me and my kids when we didn't understand his insanity.. and they got him to give MIkey and these other cults over $35,000.. all gone... and he goes about raving crazy stufff... like he is married to Jesus( that was a month after he gave me the exmarital sex is ok speech, so how is sex with Jesus??? weirdo) and the children must play in the kitchen with dangerous hot stoves and he plays this psycho 1580's medievel monk chants music and men watch football games sitting in hard back chairs in a tiny little room near the kitchen since the sofa is now God's sofa only for prayer use.And he called me 'Morally depraved" for even thinking about playing Wii Tennis with my brother and his wife.. I am reporting a financial scam, the Amway tool scam. I don't know how you can link my view of the Amway tool scam with your psycho friend's behavior. Maybe this would shed some light on the topic; what's your answer to my question from November 4, 2009 1:36 PM?

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. The reality is like this for so many people. The uplines are very cultish and the whole system is set up to take advantage of people and most people who do get hurt walk away embarrassed to say anything or start to grovel. My boyfriend has tried to explain away his cult attitudes with them by saying his former "Don't you want to be financially independent?" claim was semantics.. No it wasn't. He honestly wanted me to give up a $45 hour job for that $1 an hour he makes in Amway. After three years he has toned down to the " he buys the products because he likes them attitude" even though he buys the products because he is brainwashed and can't sell much to anyone with a brain. The reality is most people lose money and get their egos destroyed and ruin their family lives and lose the respect of their fellow employees and friends. Real Life! Sorrry you got hurt by Amway. This is America where we have guys like Bernie MAdoff .. so sorry you got hurt by them. Hopefully we can put Amway away for a lot of years too one day... If I have my way the senators and congressmen in America will take down this monster.

No, people only pretend to make money in Amway by wearing suits and trying to appear wealthy. Amway is like a game of make believe.
